Training Plan November 19, 2007
Posted by balbert UncategorizedBeen wanted to increase my distances so decided to start a new program and “train” for a 10k. I don’t have a race in mind, but just want to get up to running more distance. Currently i’m only doing 4 to 6 miles a week… basically 2 miles a day (m, w, f).

Brain Work out July 27, 2007
Posted by balbert Uncategorizedwell i’ve missed the last two day’s workouts due to all day meetings. But I’ve definitely been working out the old head, thinking really hard. Trying to solve some of those complex computer things that seem easy on the surface but hard when you get into the details.
we have yoga tomorrow… exercise for the soul.

weight training
1. 3 sets of 12 triceps
Running:
1. walk 1/4 mile warm-up
2. run 2 miles (10:00/mile pace)
3. walk 1/4 mile cool-down

Posted by balbert UncategorizedBack to yoga today at work. Had a good class. It was hard and hot in the room but we did some great core work. The lifting I did yesterday made some stuff harder then usual but good to stretch things out.
Tomorrow, shoulder work and a run.
